Bamboo Lemongrass Manicure and Pedicure
This is our classic manicure and pedicure. We start off with an aromatic soak and a bamboo lemongrass foaming scrub. Nail and cuticle care follows as does a deeply relaxing hand/foot massage. The treatment is completed with application of a natural polish.

Sea Spa Manicure and Pedicure
This treatment begins with a restoring, nutritive soak in a bio-available mixture of calcium, magnesium, marine protein and spirulina to help improve mineral absorption. Nail and cuticle care is followed by a Dead Sea salt exfoliation and Laminaria oil hydration to stimulate circulation and remove dead surface skin from hands and feet. Then a combination of Sedona mud, vetiver and rosemary essential oils are applied to penetrate deep into the skin to sooth sore joints and muscles. Prophura red algae lotion, containing proteins and marine extracts, is then used in a penetrating massage that will feed your hands and feet the nutrients they need to stay healthy and beautiful. This treatment is completed with the application of a natural polish.

Marilyn has been practicing and studying yoga for over thirty years and has learned from a variety of teachers from diverse schools of yoga. Her classes are meditative, deeply relaxing and concentrate on developing balance, flexibility and strength .Marilyn encourages mindfulness and self-awareness as you practice. This awareness is central to yoga and to body, mind and spiritual harmony.
